The Stephen Turner Memorial Scholarship Fund was established at Community Foundation of PEI in 2011 in memory of Stephen Turner – a Holland College, and UPEI Graduate, community leader and friend, whose life was taken unexpectedly.
This fund is intended to provide a scholarship to a student that has shown outstanding community leadership, academic success, personality, contributed to Island life and has participated in Island politics.
