In order to be considered, applicants must supply:
A completed application form;
Formal statement of academic standing and official academic transcript for most recent academic year completed
(full-time) as verified by educational institute attended;
Two letters of reference (one from the educational institution and one from a person in your community) applicants
are advised to provide their references with a copy of these conditions of eligibility;
A 500 word essay, and in the case of artistic applicants, a portfolio of their works. In their essay, candidates
should comment on how their involvement in amateur sports, or the arts and cultural development, and in community
service has contributed to their personal development.
