10th Annual Fundraising Gala Dinner a Success!

The Community Foundation of PEI celebrated its’ 25th Anniversary in fine style at the 10th Annual Fundraising Gala Dinner at the rustic Clinton Hills Barn on September 6th, 2018.

With tremendous weather and the picturesque surroundings of Clinton PEI’s rolling hills, a full house was on hand to celebrate the incredible impact CFPEI has had in the province during its’ first quarter of a century. Past and present Directors, volunteers and stakeholders came together to honour the outstanding work and achievements of the Foundation and to share the stories and faces behind our funds. The evening also included a silent auction, prize raffle, a “Secret Spirits” draw and lovely music by Jon Rehder and Sean Kemp.

The event could not have been a success without the support of our many sponsors, prize donors, speakers and guests! We would like to take this opportunity to thank The Provincial Credit Union, official bankers of CFPEI, ABCE Chartered Accountants, Confederation Bridge, Clinton Hills and Broadway 45 for the amazing venue and food, Mill River Resort, Inn at Bay Fortune/Fireworks Feast, PEI’s Finest Golf, Rodd Hotels & Resorts, Northumberland Ferries and Pictou Lodge Beach Resort, ADL Dairy, City of Charlottetown, Vogue Optical, Confederation Centre of the Arts, Victoria Playhouse, the Anne & Gilbert Production, the College of Piping & Performing Arts of Canada, Watermark Theatre, Indian River Festival, Kris Taylor Fine Art, Harbourfront Theatre, Culinary Institute of Canada, HGS Canada, Jonathan Ross – Richardson GMP, artist John Bradford MacCallum, John Morris – Lens Make a Picture, At Your Service Creations, Monica Gillis, King’s Playhouse, Bramfield Crafts, Island Chocolates, Landmark Cafe, By-the-Sea-Kayaking, Matheson Eyewear, Green Gables/Anderson’s Creek Golf Course, Fox Meadow Golf Course, Blake Doyle, Stanley Pottery, John Brown Grille, Honeydew Apiaries, The Lobster Barn and the Island Honey Wine Company.
