    • Grade XII student attending Bluefield High School
    • Enrolled at a post-secondary institution
    • A deserving student who has demonstrated some of the same qualities as Christian by providing inspiration, encouragement and support for their peers
    • Demonstrates financial need

    To have a complete application, please ENSURE that the required information and documents are also provided to our office before the May 31 deadline.

    You have two options:
    A. Mail or deliver the print documents to the address at the end of the application
    B. Attach digital copies below, in either scanned Acrobat (PDF) or Word (DOC) readable format ONLY


  • Print document option

    Mail or deliver the following print documents to the address at the end of the application.
  • Essay

    Your 300-350 word essay should outline why you deserve this scholarship. Please focus on what your future plans for post-secondary education are, and explain how music/performing arts will be part of your future.
  • References

    Below are suggested topics for referees to consider when preparing letters of reference for the applicant. In no way are they intended to limit the points that referees may wish to address.

    • Note your relationship with and knowledge of the student
    • Comment on the student’s character
    • Share information about the student’s potential in her/his chosen field of study
    • Provide examples of the student’s achievements
    • Keep the letter to a maximum of 500 words

  • Certification and Authorization

    All of the information provided on this form is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.
  • Terms

    Only those selected for an Award will be contacted.

    Cheques will be written in the student’s name and the post-secondary institution attending.
