- Please ensure you have ALL supporting documentation for your application. (Ex: references, transcripts, letters of acceptance, portfolios)
- If applying for multiple scholarships, copies of the support documents must accompany each application. Example: If you are applying for 3 scholarships,you will need to submit 3 transcripts. You cannot submit only one copy.
- Please ensure your name and the scholarship you are applying for is on all supporting documentation.
- Please ensure that reference letters are signed, that they include the contact information of the person writing the letter and that it is written, preferably on professional letterhead.
- Please provide a complete mailing address including civic or box, city and postal code.
- Please do not submit your application until it is complete. Completed applications with all supporting documents can be submitted by email, by regular mail or in person at the Foundation office.
- Please note all scholarship cheques awarded will be issued to the post secondary institution and students.
- Only successful applicants will be notified.
- Please ensure SIN# is provided or NO award will be issued.
